Born in Colombia but raised in NJ, Patricia is single mother of 2 and proud grandmother of 3 beautiful grandkids.
Patricia relocated to Florida and embarked on a real estate career. Purchased an investment property and had the vision to do an entire makeover and started an Airbnb business. She acquired excellent purchasing negotiation and customer service skills working over 15 years for a manufacturing company.
